Bundaberg Creamsicle


  • 1.5 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
  • 2 cups Bundaberg Ginger Beer

Let's Cook!

  • Combine

    Step 1

    Place ice cream in bowl and stir until soft. Place in icing/ piping bag for easier handling

  • Combine

    Step 2

    Fill ice cream mould 3/4 full with soft ice cream and add frozen berries as you go

  • Combine

    Step 3

    Top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer, place sticks and place in freezer

  • Combine

    Step 4

    Freeze for 3-4 hours or until hardened
