Bundy Spring Spritz

Ingredients

  • 1oz Silver Tequila 
  • 1oz Aperol
  • 0.5oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2oz Bundaberg Blood Orange
  • 0.5oz Homemade Lower Sugar Prosecco Syrup*
  • Garnish with flowering thyme and blood oranges. 

Lower Sugar Prosecco Syrup

  • 1 cup of Prosecco
  • 1/4 cup caster sugar

Let's Mix!

  • Combine

    Step 1

    To make the prosecco syrup

    Add all ingredients to a saucepan over head. Bring to the boil and reduce the heat until the liquid reduces to half.

  • Pour

    Step 2

    Add all ingredients to a glass with ice and stir to combine. Garnish.

  • Enjoy
