Bundy Spring Spritz

- 30ml Silver Tequila
- 30ml Aperol
- 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 60ml Bundaberg Blood Orange
- 15ml Homemade Lower Sugar Prosecco Syrup*
- Garnish with flowering thyme and blood oranges.
Lower Sugar Prosecco Syrup
- 1 cup of Prosecco
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
To make the prosecco syrup
Add all ingredients to a saucepan over head. Bring to the boil and reduce the heat until the liquid reduces to half.
Add all ingredients to a glass with ice and stir to combine. Garnish.
