Bundy Spring Spritz

Ingredients
- 30ml silver tequila
- 30ml Aperol
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 60ml Bundaberg Blood Orange
- 15ml homemade lower sugar prosecco syrup*
- garnish with flowering thyme and blood oranges.
Lower Sugar Prosecco Syrup
- 1 cup of prosecco
- 1/4 cup caster sugar

Step 1
To make the prosecco syrup
Add all ingredients to a saucepan over head. Bring to the boil and reduce the heat until the liquid reduces to half.

Step 2
Add all ingredients to a glass with ice and stir to combine. Garnish.
