Ginger Beer and Mango Sorbet

  • 4 cups chopped frozen QLD mangoes
  • ¾ to 1 cup Bundaberg Ginger Beer
  • 1 tablespoon honey for sweetness
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime

Let's Cook!

  • Combine

    Step 1

    Have all of your ingredients ready to go then add to the blender. Start by adding only ¾ of a cup of ginger beer and add a splash more if needed to loosen the mixture.

    Serve and eat straight away or transfer it into a freezer safe container to store for another day.
