Would you like to change your language?
- 4 cups chopped frozen QLD mangoes
- ¾ to 1 cup Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- 1 tablespoon honey for sweetness
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
Have all of your ingredients ready to go then add to the blender. Start by adding only ¾ of a cup of ginger beer and add a splash more if needed to loosen the mixture.
Serve and eat straight away or transfer it into a freezer safe container to store for another day.
