We’re huge fans of this spiced rum punch, simply because it’s oh-so-easy to whip up and make at a moment’s notice. If you’re planning asocial gathering, we recommend making up a good sized punch bowl of this delicious drink and just keep topping it up as you need to.

We’ve included the measurements here for a one-gallon pitcher, but if you’re looking to make it for a punch bowl, just double or triple – depending on how big your bowl is!

Ingredients

  • 4 bottles Bundaberg Ginger Beer
  • 10 oz. spiced rum
  • 3 oz. lime juice
  • 7 oz. pineapple juice
  • Passionfruit pulp (one small can)
  • Ice
  • Mint leaves + sprigs to garnish

Method

Pour the rum, passionfruit pulp, lime juice and mint leaves in to the pitcher and stir to combine. Half fill your pitcher with ice and pour in your pineapple juice before topping with Bundaberg Ginger Beer. Stir to combine again and when you’re ready to serve, just pour into tumblers and garnish with a mint sprig for extra flavor.

2. London Red

Nothing says winter quite like the cold streets of London, and this piquant and sweet pitcher cocktail will be sure to keep you warm. The combination of the gin and the slight bitterness of the Aperol makes this a light and refreshing drink that’s perfect for serving up at any time!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. gin
