Ingredients

  • 1.5oz gin (London Dry Gin recommended)
  • 0.5oz honey syrup (1:1 honey & warm water)
  • 0.5oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Bundaberg Ginger Beer
  • 2-3 sprigs fresh herbs (i.e., mint, thyme, basil)
  • sprig of thyme (garnish)

Let's Mix!

  • Combine

    Step 1

    Add the fresh herbs and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker. Lightly muddle to release the herbs’ aromas.

  • Pour

    Step 2

    Pour gin, lemon juice, lime juice, and orange bitters into the shaker. 

  • Shake

    Step 3

    Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 8–10 seconds, until well chilled.

  • Pour

    Step 4

    Strain into a lowball glass filled with fresh ice, top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.

  • Enjoy

    Step 5

    Stir and garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
