Lemonade Whisky Collins

Ingredients

  • 1.6oz whisky (blended or single malt recommended)
  • 0.5oz lemon juice
  • 0.3oz honey syrup (1:1 warm water + honey)
  • 1 egg white
  • Bundaberg Brewed Sparkling Lemonade
  • lemon twist and basil leaves (garnish)

Let's Mix!

  • Shake

    Step 1

    Add whisky, lemon juice, honey syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to emulsify egg white.

  • Shake

    Step 2

    Add ice into shaker and shake vigorously for a further 10-15 seconds, or until well chilled.

  • Pour

    Step 3

    Fill a highball glass with ice and stain contents of shaker into the glass. Fill remaining glass slowly with Brewed Sparkling Lemonade to create a foamy top.

  • Enjoy

    Step 4

    Garnish with a lemon twist and fresh basil leaves. Enjoy!
