Prepare a highball glass by lightly moistening the rim with lime juice, then dipping into a mixture of salt and orange zest. Once done, fill glass with large ice cubes.
In a cocktail shaker, add tequila. hibiscus tea and lime juice. Fill with ice and shake lightly for 8-10 seconds, or until chilled.
Strain the contents of shaker into pre-prepared highball glass and top with Bundaberg Blood Orange. Stir gently to mix.
Garnish with blood orange slice and/or thyme. Enjoy!
