Add basil leaves to a cocktail shaker and lightly muddle to release aromas. Add vodka, lime juice and elderflower vodka before filling with ice and shaking lightly for 8-10 seconds, or until chilled.
Fill a highball glass with fresh ice and stain cocktail shaker mixture over the ice. Top glass with Bundaberg Pink Grapefruit.
Gently stir to combine, before garnishing with grapefruit slice and basil. Enjoy!
