Cherry Lemonade Frosé

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen cherries, pitted
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1/2 cup Bundaberg Brewed Sparkling Lemonade
  • 3/4 cup rosé
  • 1 oz lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 oz honey syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • crushed ice
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp xanthan gum (helps with texture)

Use caution when adding carbonated beverages to a blender. Make sure to use a vented blender, like a Vitamix or immersion blender, to avoid pressure build-up.

  • Combine

    Step 1

    Combine all ingredients in a vented blender (or use an immersion blender) and blend until a slushie consistency.

  • Pour

    Step 2

    Pour into a coupe glass.
