Ingredients

  • 2oz Caribbean Rum
  • 6oz Bundaberg Ginger Beer 
  • 0.5oz Lime juice
  • 2 x Small pieces of ginger
  • 1 x Lime wedge to garnish 

 

 

Copper Mug or Mason Jar Copper Mug or Mason Jar

Let's Mix!

  • Combine

    Step 1

    Muddle ginger and combine the remaining ingredients except Ginger Beer into a shaker 

  • Shake

    Step 2

    Shake

  • Pour

    Step 3

    Strain into a copper mug and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer 

  • Ice

    Step 4

    Add crushed ice and a lime wedge to garnish 

  • Enjoy

    Step 5

    Enjoy your drink!
