- Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- 25mL Lime juice
- 10mL Sugar Syrup
- 2 x small pieces of ginger
- 1 x lime wedge to garnish
Muddle ginger and combine the remaining ingredients into a shaker
Strain into a copper mug and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer
Add crushed ice and a lime wedge to garnish
