Add the berries to a cocktail shaker and lightly muddle to create a fresh purée.
Add rum to shaker and fill with ice. Shake lightly for 8-10 seconds, until chilled.
Strain contents of shaker into a coupe glass filled with fresh ice and top with Bundaberg Diet Ginger Beer.
Gently stir to combine, preserving the effervescence before garnishing with fresh berries and chamomile flower. Enjoy!
