CELEBRATING FOURTH OF JULY WEEKEND

Happy Fourth of July!

We have reached the sweet spot of Summer where the air is filled with smells of BBQ, the sun is constantly shining down from above and your fridge is stocked full of your favourite Bundaberg Ginger Beer. Everything sold in the store has seemingly become red, white, and blue which can only mean one thing: it is the fourth of July.

If you are wanting to elevate your entertaining this weekend, you have come to the right place because we have compiled a list of the perfect additions to your upcoming celebrations. So light up the sparklers and fire up the grill because it is party time – and remember to keep that Ginger Beer stocked up all weekend long, so click here to find a retailer near you.

Ginger Beer Pulled Chicken Burgers

Is there anything better than delicious chicken burger? Yes, a chicken burger made using real Ginger Beer! This surprisingly simple recipe ticks all the boxes for your weekend plans and will have the entire family asking for seconds. Bonus points if you pair this with an ice cold Ginger Beer to drink… talk about a perfect combo.

Jack Honey & Ginger Cocktails (for the adults!)

A refreshing sip is definitely on the cards this weekend, and we think our Jack Honey & Ginger cocktail is the answer. All you need to do is add a scoop of ice into a lowball glass, pour in 1.5oz of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer. Do not forget to finish with a lime wedge to garnish. Looking for extra sweetness? Add some real honey around the edges of your glass before mixing to up the taste factor.

Root Beer Float

We have got your non-alcoholic options sorted also, courtesy of this delicious Root Beer Float. Add two scoops of your favourite ice cream into a glass (we recommend Vanilla) and top with a bottle of Bundaberg Root Beer. Do not forget to top with whipped cream and a cocktail cherry!

Sparkler Holders

If you have some empty Ginger Beer bottles in your home, be sure to upcycle them as the perfect Sparkler Holders (like above)! Be sure to rinse them out thoroughly to remove any remaining liquid before using – then scatter around your backyard filled with sparklers as far as the eye can see. Trust us, it makes for a beautiful sight when lit.

However you choose to spend your weekend, we hope it’s a wonderful time for you and your family – and hopefully some of our tips help make it even more enjoyable. And do not forget, to find your local Bundaberg stockist so you don’t run out over the weekend, click here.
