3 SIMPLE SUMMER COCKTAILS
You can’t go wrong with a good cocktail, right? Whether you’re entertaining a group of friends, spending the afternoon at the park, enjoying a quiet movie night or having a romantic dinner with your partner – a good cocktail is always a sure way to elevate the evening.
This Summer, we’re highlighting our favourite Bundaberg-infused cocktails that you can add into your mixology repertoire… and trust us, they are so easy to create (and not to mention, tasty). Check out our picks for summer thirst-quenchers below.
Gin+Ger Cocktail
This cocktail is always a refreshing choice, and one of the simplest to make. All you need to do is add a slice of fresh ginger and ice to a highball glass. Once done, add 1.5oz of your favourite Gin and 0.5oz of Lime Juice into the glass, then top up with Ginger Beer. Now, simply stir gently together and enjoy!

This tall, refreshing glass is a perfect summer sip – and here to bring the tropical vibes. First, grab your cocktail shaker and add in 2oz of Gin, 1oz of Lime Juice, 3/4oz of Sugar Syrup. Pop the lid back on and shake for 30 seconds. Pour the mix into your favourite highball glass and top up the remainder with some Bundaberg Ginger Beer. Don’t forget to garnish with some fresh lime!

With a delicious combination of our favourite fruits, the new Mango Magic Cocktail is an essential for all your summer hangouts. Simply pour 2oz of Rum, 1oz of Lime Juice, 1oz of Mango Syrup and 4oz of Bundaberg Ginger Beer into a cocktail jug and stir gently. Once done, pour into a round of your favourite glasses – and of course, garnish with some fresh lime, cranberries and mint.
