Tall, Dark & Ginger
- Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- 60mL dark rum
- 30mL lime juice
- 10mL sugar syrup
- 5mL balsamic vinegar
- 3 x strawberries
- 3 x basil leaves
- Strawberries & basil sprig for garnish
In a shaker, muddle strawberries and basil leaves and combine with rum, lime juice, sugar syrup and balsamic vinegar.
Top with ice, shake and strain into Glass. Top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
Garnish with strawberries and basil sprig.
