  • 60ml Spiced Rum
  • Bundaberg Passionfruit 
  • 30ml Lemon juice
  • Passionfruit Granita (Combine 5 passionfruits or 2 passionfruit tins [200ml] with sugar and water and freeze overnight)
  • Peychaud’s bitters

Let's Mix!

  • Combine

    Step 1

    Combine ingredients into shaker 

  • Pour

    Step 2

    Shake, then strain into a Poco Grande glass and top with crushed granita then Bundaberg Passionfruit 

  • Ice

    Step 3

    Garnish with passionfruit and Peychaud’s bitters

  • Enjoy

    Step 4

    Enjoy your drink!
