Passionfruit Martini

Ingredients

  • 30ml Vanilla Vodka
  • 15ml Passionfruit Liqueur
  • 30ml Bundaberg Passionfruit 
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • 60ml Sparkling Wine
  • Garnish with passionfruit flowers, passionfruit segments and/or passionfruit pulp

Let's Mix!

  • Ice

    Step 1

    Fill a cocktail shaker with 1 cup of ice.

  • Combine

    Step 2

    Pour in the Vanilla Vodka, Passionfruit Liqueur, Bundaberg Passionfruit and lime juice.

  • Shake

    Step 3

    Shake well until the mixture is chilled. 

  • Pour

    Step 4

    Strain the mixture into a martini glass.

  • Pour

    Step 5

    Gently top up with Sparkling Wine.

  • Enjoy

    Step 6

    Gently garnish with passionfruit flowers, segments and pulp. Enjoy!
