  • Bundaberg Sarsparilla
  • 20ml Green Chartreuse
  • 20ml lime juice
  • A pinch of mint
  • Mint sprig to garnish

  • Enjoy

    Step 1

    Combine and muddle Green Chartreuse, lime juice and mint

  • Shake

    Step 2

    Add ice, shake and strain into glass

  • Combine

    Step 3

    Top with Bundaberg Sarsaparilla and garnish with mint sprig
