- 20ml lemon juice
- 2 x dash bitters
- Sorbet ball and lemon wedge for garnish
Combine lemon sorbet, lemon juice and bitters and dry shake (without ice)
Top with ice, shake and pour into glass

Garnish with sorbet ball and lemon wedge
