Irish Mule

Ingredients

  • 60mL Irish whiskey
  • 180mL Bundaberg Ginger Beer
  • 15mL Lime juice
  • 2 x Small pieces of ginger (optional)
  • Lime wedge/ wheel and mint to garnish

Let's Mix!

  • Combine

    Step 1

    Muddle ginger (optional) then combine Irish whiskey and lime juice into shaker

  • Pour

    Step 2

    Shake, then strain into a copper mug filled 2/3 with ice and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer

  • Enjoy

    Step 3

    Garnish with lime and mint
