- 60mL Irish whiskey
- 180mL Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- 15mL Lime juice
- 2 x Small pieces of ginger
- Lime wedge/ wheel and mint to garnish

Muddle ginger then combine Irish whiskey and lime juice into shaker

Shake, then strain into a copper mug filled 2/3 with ice and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer
