Honey crisp Apple Moscow Mule

Ingredients
- 90mL vodka (tequila or bourbon works too!)
- 1/2 cup apple juice or apple cider
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 knob of ginger, sliced
- Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- Pomegranate seeds, honey crisp apple slices and cinnamon sticks to garnish
- Ice
Steps

Step 1
Pour vodka, apple juice, lime juice, and ginger over ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake then pour over ice in a copper mug.

Top with Ginger Beer and garnish with pomegranate seeds, apples, and a cinnamon stick!
