Ingredients

  • Sea salt, lime juice and zest for rim (optional)
  • 45mL tequila (or blanco tequila, if available)
  • 20mL fresh lime juice
  • 140mL Bundaberg Pink Grapefruit 
  • Pink grapefruit wedges, to garnish

Let's Mix!

  • Combine

    Step 1

    Rim a tumbler with lime juice, lime zest and flaky sea salt (optional).

  • Combine

    Step 2

    Combine all ingredients, except Bundaberg Pink Grapefruit, over ice in tumbler.

  • Combine

    Step 3

    Top with Bundaberg Pink Grapefruit and stir gently to combine. Top up ice (optional).

  • Enjoy

    Step 4

    Garnish with pink grapefruit wedge – and enjoy your drink!
