- 30mL Gin
- 15mL Aperol
- 2 x dash Angostura & Orange bitters
- Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- 25mL Lime juice
- Orange and lime wedge to garnish
Combine ingredients into shaker
Shake, then strain into a tall glass and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer
Add a scoop of crushed ice and garnish with wedges of orange and lime
