Add whisky, lemon juice, honey syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to emulsify egg white.
Add ice into shaker and shake vigorously for a further 10-15 seconds, or until well chilled.
Fill a highball glass with ice and stain contents of shaker into the glass. Fill remaining glass slowly with Brewed Sparkling Lemonade to create a foamy top.
Garnish with a lemon twist and fresh basil leaves. Enjoy!
