2026 Bundaberg Brewed Drinks x ALM Giveaway - Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Information on how to enter and the Prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion (“Trade Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, using, and disclosing their personal information (“PI”) in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.bundaberg.com/privacy/ (“privacy Policy”) and as described in these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter is Bundaberg Brewed Drinks Pty Ltd (ABN 40 009 781 953) of 16 Kay McDuff Drive, Bundaberg, Queensland, Australia (“Promoter”).
- Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this Trade Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, or first cousin.
- The Trade Promotion commences at 01am AEST on 1 February 2026(“Promotional Period”), with winners contacted after this period.
- For the purposes of this Trade Promotion, a Qualifying Purchase is the purchase of a carton of Bundaberg Ginger Beer 375ml x 24 (ALM sku 090712 & 063799) or a carton of Bundaberg Ginger Beer 250ml x 24 (ALM sku 378584) through the customer order portal on the Australian Liquor Marketers (“ALM”) website during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Purchase”). Only Qualifying Purchases made during the Promotional Period will qualify for entry.
- To enter this Trade Promotion, individuals must: (a) make a Qualifying Purchase on the ALM website during the Promotional Period; and (b) visit https://www.bundaberg.com/bundaberg-brewed-drinks-x-alm-giveaway/, input the Requested Details, accept the Terms and Conditions tick box, and press the submit button. Entries must be received by 12:00pm AEST on 30 April 2026.
Requested Details:
Section 1 – Venue representatives’ contact details including full name, email address, mobile number, state/territory, and postal code of their venue;
Section 2 – ALM account number, Venue name; and
Section 3 – Purchase requirements – which of the following carton of Ginger Beer did the entrant purchase: Bundaberg Ginger Beer 375ml x 24 (ALM sku 090712 & 063799), or
Bundaberg Ginger Beer 250ml x 24 (ALM sku 378584).
The entrant is required to tick one of the above options to confirm which Qualifying Purchase they made.
- Each customer that meets the Qualifying Purchase criteria and provides the Requested Details on the https://www.bundaberg.com/bundaberg-brewed-drinks-x-alm-giveaway/, will go into the draw to win 1 of 3 Bundaberg Ginger Beer branded barrel eskies.
- Incomplete and/or indecipherable entries or failure to provide all Requested Details will be deemed invalid.
- Only one (1) entry is permitted per person during the Promotional Period, regardless of the number of Qualifying Purchases made.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to require entrants to provide proof of purchase and proof of identity and reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Trade Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion. Failure or delay by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender or from anyone failing to comply with these Terms and Conditions are reserved.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, except as required by law.
Prize Draw
- There will be one (1) draw conducted after the Promotional Period. The Prize Draw will take place at Unit 6, The Mill Offices, Millers Lane, 21 Turbo Drive, Coorparoo QLD 4151 at 9:00am AEST on Monday 11 May 2026 (“Prize Draw Date”). The Promoter may draw additional entries and record them in order in case an invalid or ineligible entrant is drawn. The first three (3) valid drawn winners will each win a Bundaberg Branded Barrel Esky, valued at $999.00 AUD (“Prize”).
- The winners will be notified via phone and email within five (5) business days of the Prize Draw and will have their details (including but not limited to their names) published at https://www.bundaberg.com/2026-bundaberg-brewed-drinks-x-alm-giveaway-winner-announcement/ . The Promoter will confirm the address details for delivery of the prize with each winner and delivery of the prize will be made via courier within fifteen (15) business days of address details being provided. Prizes must be delivered to an Australian address. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- If any Prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a Prize equal to the value and/or specification.
- The total Prize pool value is $2,997.00 AUD.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- If a winner cannot be contacted or for any reason a winner does not take / redeem / claim a prize at / by the date and time stipulated by the Promoter (being no less than ten (10) business days from the Prize Draw Date) (“Redemption Period”), then the Prize will be forfeited. The winner will be notified via phone and/or in writing within five (5) business days after the expiry of the Redemption Period that they have forfeited the Prize.
- If required, a draw for any unclaimed Prize(s) will take place on Monday 1 June 2026 at the same time and place as the original draw.
- If this Trade Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention, or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to: (a) disqualify any entrant; or (b) modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Trade Promotion, as appropriate.
- Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website(s) is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies or purports to limit, exclude, or modify any statutory consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth), or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia, including any guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by law (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or death, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of, or in connection with, the Trade Promotion, including but not limited to: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access, or third party interference; (c) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking and/or use of a Prize.
- The Promoter collects PI in order to conduct this Trade Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, Prize suppliers, and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry in this Trade Promotion is conditional on providing this PI. By participating in this Trade Promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their PI as described in these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.bundaberg.com/privacy/. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period (unless otherwise advised and/or unless the entrant opts-out earlier in accordance with the Privacy Policy), use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including but not limited to sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy contains information about how entrants may opt-out, access, update, or correct their PI; how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles (contained within the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) or any other applicable law; and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose any entrant’s PI to any entity outside of Australia without the entrant’s consent or unless required by law.
