Ingredients
- 8 Mint Leaves
- 2oz Peach Purée
- 3oz Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- 0.75oz Lemon Juice
- Optional Garnish: Fresh Peach, Mint or Edible Flowers

Step 1
Add lemon juice to your shaker.

Place mint leaves in one hand and gently clap your hands together to release aroma, then add them to the shaker along with the peach purée.

Add a few ice cubes, secure the lid, and shake well until combined.

Strain into a glass over fresh ice, then top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.

Stir gently, and garnish with your choice of fresh peach, mint, and/or edible flowers

Making Peach Purée
To make the peach purée, blend 5 tinned peach slices with 1–2 tablespoons of the syrup from the tin. Alternatively, use half a fresh, ripe peach and blend with 1–2 tablespoons of water.
