- 2oz Bourbon
- 6oz Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- 0.5oz Lime juice
- 2 x Small pieces of ginger
- Mint sprigs, ginger slices and blackberries to garnish
Muddle the ginger and combine with remaining ingredients except Bundaberg into a shaker
Shake, then strain
Pour into a copper mug and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer
Add crushed ice and mint sprigs, ginger slices and blackberries to garnish
