Ingredients

  • 50mL Japanese Whisky
  • 15mL Dry Sake
  • Bundaberg Ginger Beer 
  • 20mL Lime juice
  • 10mL Sugar syrup
  • Lime wedge to garnish

Let's Mix!

  • Combine

    Step 1

    Combine ingredients into shaker 

  • Shake

    Step 2

    Give it a good shake

  • Pour

    Step 3

    Strain into a glass and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer

     

  • Ice

    Step 4

    Add ice and garnish with a lime wedge 

     

     

  • Enjoy
