Ramseys St Mule

Ingredients

  • Bundaberg Ginger Beer
  • 50ml Dot Au Vodka
  • 5ml Green Chartreuse
  • 30ml Lime Juice
  • 7.5ml Honey Syrup
  • 1/3 Rosemary Sprig
  • 2 x 1cm by 1cm ginger slices
  • 2 x Dash Angostura Bitters

Let's Mix

  • Enjoy

    Step 1

    Line glass with Chartreuse and place rosemary inside, ignite glass to burn off rosemary.

  • Shake

    Step 2

    Add ginger and lime juice then muddle, add Vodka, Lime Juice and Honey Syrup into shaker.

  • Pour

    Step 3

    Turn glass upside down to get rid of any rosemary/chartreuse. Shake cocktail then, strain into glass.

  • Combine

    Step 4

    Top with ginger beer.

  • Ice

    Step 5

    Add crushed ice and garnish with a lime wedge and bitters.

  • Enjoy

    Step 6
