  • Bundaberg Ginger Beer
  • 60ml Bourbon
  • 30ml Lemon juice
  • 10ml ginger liquor
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • 15ml red wine (shiraz preferred)

Let's Mix

  • Pour

    Step 1

    Add all ingredients bar red wine into shaker.

  • Shake

    Step 2

    Shake and strain into tall glass.

  • Pour

    Step 3

    Float red wine on top.

  • Combine

    Step 4

    Top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.

  • Enjoy

    Step 5

    Enjoy your drink.
