Ingredients

  • 10ml lychee liqueur
  • 30ml vodka
  • lemon cheek
  • 1 x 250ml Refreshingly Light Apple + Lychee

Garnish (optional):

  • green apple slices

Let's Mix!

  • Combine

    Step 1

    Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add in lychee liqueur and vodka along with a squeeze of lemon.

  • Shake

    Step 2

    Shake cocktail shaker until chiller.

  • Pour

    Step 3

    Pour into a martini glass and top with Refreshingly Light Apple + Lychee.

  • Enjoy

    Step 4

    Slice a cheek of green apple into fine slices and then slide onto a cocktail pick.

  • Enjoy

    Step 5

    Garnish with apple slice. Enjoy.
