Ingredients

  • 50mL gin 
  • 15mL Aperol
  • Bundaberg Pink Grapefruit 
  • 20mL lime juice
  • 10mL orange juice
  • 2 x dash orange bitters
  • ½ passionfruit
  • orange, lime and grapefruit wheels to garnish

Let's Mix!

  • Combine

    Step 1

    Combine ingredients into a shaker 

  • Pour

    Step 2

    Shake, then strain into a sling glass and top with Bundaberg Pink Grapefruit 

     

  • Ice

    Step 3

    Add ice and garnish with orange, lime and grapefruit wheels 

  • Enjoy

    Step 4
