- Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- 30ml Gin
- 30ml Pimms
- 20ml Lime juice
- 3 x cucumber ribbons
- 1 x Pinch of mint
- Cucumber ribbon and Mint sprig to garnish
Combine Gin, Pimms and lime juice in a shaker.
Shake, then strain into a tall glass.
Top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
Garnish with cucumber ribbon and mint sprig.
