- Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- 25mL Lime juice
- 10mL Sugar Syrup
- 2 x small pieces of ginger
- Lime wedge to garnish
Muddle the ginger and combine with remaining ingredients into a shaker
Shake, then strain
Pour into a copper mug and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer
Add crushed ice and a lime wedge to garnish
