Ingredients
- cubes of watermelon
- chopped mint
- 30ml tequila
- ice cubes
- 1 x 250ml Refreshingly Light Lemon + Watermelon
Garnish (optional):
- wedge of watermelon
- quarter of lemon slice

Let's Mix!

Step 1
In a highball glass, add 1/3 cup of watermelon cubes.

Once added, gently crush the watermelon with a muddler to release juice.

Sprinkle chopped mint into glass and top with ice.

Step 4
Add in 30ml tequila, then top glass with Refreshingly Light Lemon and Watermelon.

Stir to mix and garnish with wedge of watermelon, slice of lemon and sprig of mint leaves.
