Cranberry Pineapple Punch

Ingredients

  • 1.5oz gin (London Dry gin recommended)
  • 2oz pineapple juice
  • 1oz unsweetened cranberry juice
  • Bundaberg Brewed Sparkling Lemonade
  • pineapple wedge and mint (garnish)

Let's Mix!

  • Ice

    Step 1

    Fill a stemmed wine glass with ice and set to side.

  • Shake

    Step 2

    In a cocktail shaker, add gin, pineapple juice and cranberry juice. Fill with ice and shake lightly for 8-10 seconds, or until chilled.

  • Pour

    Step 3

    Strain contents of cocktail shaker into wine glass with ice. Fill remaining glass with Brewed Sparkling Lemonade and stir to combine.

  • Enjoy

    Step 4

    Garnish with pineapple wedge and mint. Enjoy!
