Ingredients

  • 1.6oz whisky (blended or single malt recommend)
  • 1.6oz cloudy pear juice
  • 0.3oz maple syrup
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Bundaberg Passionfruit
  • rosemary sprig (garnish)

Let's Mix!

  • Ice

    Step 1

    Fill a lowball glass with a large ice cube and set to side.

  • Combine

    Step 2

    Add whisky, pear juice, maple syrup and orange bitters into a mixing glass. Stir gently to combine before straining over the prepared lowball glass.

    Step 3

    Fill glass with Bundaberg Passionfruit and garnish with fresh rosemary. Enjoy!
