Passionfruit Piña Colada

Ingredients

  • 1.6oz tequila (Blanco tequila recommended)
  • 1oz lime juice
  • 2oz coconut cream
  • 160g frozen pineapple
  • 3.2oz Bundaberg Passionfruit

  • Combine

    Step 1

    Add tequila, frozen pineapple, lime juice, coconut cream and Bundaberg Passionfruit into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency by adding a little more Bundaberg Passionfruit, if needed.

  • Pour

    Step 2

    Pour blended contents into your preferred glass.

  • Enjoy

    Step 3

    Garnish with pineapple wedge and mint. Enjoy!
