How to make cardamom simple syrup:
Fill a hurricane glass with ice.
Add the tequila, cardamom syrup and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake lightly for 8-10 seconds, until chilled.
Strain the contents of cocktail shaker over the hurricane glass, filling remaining glass with Bundaberg Pink Grapefruit.
Gently stir once to combine, garnishing with grapefruit wedge and mint. Enjoy!
