Pine Passion Spritz

Ingredients

  • 6 basil leaves
  • 75ml pineapple juice
  • 90ml Bundaberg Traditional Lemonade
  • 1 tbsp passionfruit pulp
  • Optional garnish: pineapple fronds, dried citrus or edible flowers

Let's Mix!

  • Combine

    Step 1

    Place the basil leaves and pineapple juice into your shaker, then gently press down on the basil a few times to lightly bruise the leaves and release their aroma.

  • Ice

    Step 2

    Add ice into shaker and secure the lid.

  • Shake

    Step 3

    Shake contents well until all combined.

  • Pour

    Step 4

    Strain into your preferred glass over fresh ice, then top with Bundaberg Traditional Lemonade.

  • Enjoy

    Step 5

    Add the passionfruit purée, stir gently, and garnish with your choice of pineapple fronds, dried citrus, and/or edible flowers.
