Ingredients

  • 60mL Root Beer Schnapps (or Vodka if that’s not your thing)
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 bottle Bundaberg Root Beer
  • Whipped cream (for garnish)
  • 1 cocktail cherry (stemmed, for garnish)

  • Ice

    Step 1

    In a tall glass, add Root Beer Schnapps, and vanilla ice cream. 

  • Pour

    Step 2

    Top with Bundaberg Root Beer and garnish with whipped cream and a cocktail cherry.
