Brewed Glazed Donuts

Ingredients

Donuts 

  • 2 cups plain flour⁣
  • ⁣1/2 cup sugar⁣
  • ⁣2 tsp baking powder⁣
  • ⁣1/2 tsp salt⁣
  • ⁣1/2 cup soft drink ⁣
  • ⁣3/4 cup yoghurt⁣
  • ⁣2 eggs⁣
  • ⁣40g butter, melted⁣
  • ⁣1 tsp vanilla

Glaze

  • 1 cup icing sugar⁣
  • ⁣1/4 cup any Bundaberg Brewed Drink (add more if it’s too thick)⁣
    ⁣⁣

  • Combine

  • Combine

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 170 degrees and grease donut pan or mini muffin pan.

  • Combine

    Step 2

    ⁣Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.⁣

  • Combine

    Step 3

    ⁣Combine wet ingredients, mix then add to dry and stir until there are no lumps. ⁣

    Step 4

    ⁣Fill baking pans to 1/2 or 3/4 full and bake for 10-12 mins or until done. ⁣

  • Combine

    Step 1

    ⁣Combine ingredients and mix well. If too thick, use more Bundy Brewed Drinks. ⁣

    ⁣Dip cooled donuts into glaze and allow to set.

    ⁣Decorate tops if with coconut, sprinkles, crushed freeze-dried fruits or shaved chocolate and enjoy!
