- 30ml Anejo Tequila
- 30ml Cointreau
- 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
- Bundaberg Spiced Ginger Beer
- 15ml homemade cranberry and cherry syrup*
- Meringue kisses, mint, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and passionfruit for garnish
Cranberry and Cherry Syrup
- 1 cup of cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup tinned cherries
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
To make the Cranberry and Cherry syrup
Place all ingredients in pot on stove. Bring to the boil, reduce to a simmer and continue until liquid halves and thickens.
Place all drink ingredients in a cocktail jug and stir to combine
Pour into glass, fill with ice and garnish with meringue kisses and fruit
