- 30ml Reposado Tequila
- 30ml Cointreau
- 30ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 60ml Bundaberg Spiced Ginger Beer
- 15ml cranberry and cinnamon syrup*
- Craisins, rosemary and cinnamon sticks as garnish
Cranberry and Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 cup of cranberry juice
- 2 tablespoons Ceylon cinnamon sugar
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
To make the Cranberry and Cinnamon Syrup
Place 1 cup of cranberry juice, 2 tablespoons Ceylon cinnamon sugar and 2 tablespoons caster sugar into a saucepan. Bring to the boil, reduce to simmer until liquid halves.
Place all drink ingredients in cocktail jug and stir to combine
Pour into glass and fill with ice. Garnish as preferred
