THANKSgiving from Bundaberg

This year marks our 50th anniversary : )

We’ve come a long way since 1968, so as Thanksgiving approaches, we’d like to take the time to say thanks to you for supporting us.

Over the past 50 years, a lot has changed, but there’s one thing we’ve always kept the same – the time we put into making our brews taste better. We spend the time sourcing the best tasting, real ingredients, like our own homegrown Aussie ginger, and brewing our drinks for up to seven days giving them time to develop a fuller, richer flavor.

But at the end of the day, we wouldn’t have been able to do it without you. So, thank you for being part of our journey.

Thanksgiving Entertaining Ideas

This Thanksgiving, we’ve got you covered with our range of premium sodas made with real ingredients. Chill them down and serve them up to your guests for a wonderful day of celebrating together. If you’re on the West Coast, you can also share our Blood Orange, Peach and Guava sodas which with just a squeeze of lime make for a seriously refreshing drink. And if you’re super lucky, you may even find our limited release Spiced Ginger Beer in Costco Midwest, Harmons’ in Utah, King Sooper’s in Colorado, Fry’s in Arizona, or a few different outlets in Washington state (Town & Country, Central Market, Safeway, Albertsons, Haggen, Metro Market).

Here’s a couple of different ways to mix up your table on Thanksgiving:

  • Show off your platter prowess and keep appetites at bay until the main event with a selection of simple starters. Cover a table with butcher’s (kraft) paper and set up a “help yourself” cheese and charcuterie platter. Use a marker to write the names of meats, cheeses, and other condiments for guests to use as a visual guide
  • Shake up your cocktail garnish with some easy to create, but fabulous garnish ideas. For example, the simple addition of a few blackberries or cranberries on a fun cocktail skewer can elevate the whole experience. Try leaving a few different options on a tray for your guests to make their own concoctions
