Sunday May 13th isn’t just Mother’s Day – it’s also World Cocktail Day! If you’re not spending the day with your Mum, (or maybe Mum is the cocktail type) we’ve got the perfect collection of unique cocktails to share and celebrate.

Mix them up one-at-a-time, or, do all the hard work early; triple the batches and mix them in a jug or pitcher – set them out on the table with drinking glasses and garnishes and enjoy yourself with a nibble or two.
