Mix Things Up with Our Tropical Range

At Bundaberg Brewed Drinks, we take the very freshest fruit flavours and bottle them into brews that can be enjoyed no matter where you are in the world. Whether you’re on holiday or feel like a tropical escape in the comfort of your own home, look no further than our tropical range. Here, we’re going to take a look at some of the delicious flavours and show you how you can mix things up.

Ginger Beer

Every Bundaberg Ginger Beer is brewed and bottled using our traditional family recipe to create a flavoursome brew of fresh ginger and sugar cane. It packs a punch and will have you coming back for more, time and time again! For a slice of paradise, have a go at mixing up a Caribbean Mule.

Ingredients:

  • 50mL Caribbean Rum
  • Bundaberg Ginger Beer 
  • 25mL Lime juice
  • 10mL Sugar Syrup
  • 2 x small pieces of ginger
  • 1 x lime wedge to garnish 

Method:

  • Step 1: Muddle ginger pieces and combine with rum, lime juice & sugar syrup into a shaker
  • Step 2: Shake
  • Step 3: Strain into a copper mug and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer
  • Add crushed ice and a lime wedge to garnish
  • Step 5: Enjoy your drink!

 

Sarsaparilla

This sparkling brew is made using the earthy sarsaparilla root and flavoured ever so gently with fresh vanilla. The result is a winning drink that is best served with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream for a Sarsaparilla Float, or as a pick-me-up cocktail like the Black Magic.

Ingredients:

  • Bundaberg Sarsaparilla
  • 50ml Vodka
  • 30ml Apple Juice
  • Mini Apple fan to garnish

Method:

  • Step 1: Cut apple into slices and muddle with the vodka and apple juice
  • Step 2: Add ice, shake and strain into glass
  • Step 3: Top with Bundaberg Sarsaparilla and garnish with apple fan
  • Step 4: Enjoy your drink!

Guava

Nothing says tropical summer fruits quite like Guava. This flavour is a sweet hit for when you crave the refreshment of a soft drink but don’t want to feel like a little kid. Enjoy it on its own or better yet, splash out and try a Tropical Fire cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • 50mL Malibu
  • Bundaberg Guava
  • 20mL Lime juice
  • Lime wedge to garnish 

Method:

  • Step 1: Combine all ingredients except Bundaberg into a shaker
  • Step 2: Shake, then strain into a tall glass and top with Bundaberg Guava
  • Step 3: Add a lime wedge and enjoy your drink!

Blood Orange

Bundaberg Blood Orange has been brewed for two days to bring you the ultimate sweetness and tang of the citrus flavour. You can pop a straw straight into the glass stubby bottle, or why not try whipping up a Solar Flare cocktail?

Ingredients:

  • 50mL Vodka
  • Bundaberg Blood Orange
  • 20mL Lime juice
  • 15mL Grapefruit juice
  • 15mL Orange juice
  • Orange, grapefruit and lime wedges to garnish 

Method:

  • Step 1: Combine vodka, lime juice, grapefruit juice & orange juice into shaker
  • Step 2: Shake, then strain into a glass and top with Bundaberg Blood Orange
  • Step 3: Add ice and garnish with wedges of lime, orange and grapefruit
  • Step 4: Enjoy your drink!

Peach

Bundaberg Peach captures the taste of summer by brewing the delicate peach flavours over a 24-hour period. Try whipping up a Summer’s Soda mocktail, and taste the delicious flavours for yourself.

Ingredients:

  • Bundaberg Peach
  • 1 x Nectarine
  • 1 x Passion fruit
  • 20ml Lime juice
  • Nectarine for garnish

Method:

  • Step 1: Combine and muddle half the nectarine, all the passionfruit pulp and lime juice
  • Step 2: Shake and pour into glass
  • Step 3: Top with Bundaberg Peach
  • Step 4: Garnish with the other half nectarine

Step 5: Enjoy your drink!

Lemon Lime and Bitters

This triple-threat combination of lemonade, fresh lime and a dash of aromatic bitters is a refreshing taste at any time of the day. If you like your drinks a little stronger, it also happens to be a great mixer with vodka. So spice things up and have a go at making a Germain’s Escape cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • 50mL Vodka
  • 15mL St Germain
  • Bundaberg Lemon Lime & Bitters
  • 25mL Lime
  • 2 x dashes Angostura bitters
  • A sprig of mint to garnish 

Method:

  • Step 1: Combine Vodka, St Germain, Lime & Angostura Bitters into shaker
  • Step 2: Shake, then strain into a sling glass and top with Bundaberg Lemon Lime & Bitters
  • Step 3: Add crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of mint
  • Step 4: Enjoy your drink!
